Will my account be in the investors name or in the name of Terrapin Capital Management?
The account will be in the investors name and Terrapin will direct the investment strategies as delineated in the account management agreement.
Can anyone from Terrapin withdraw or transfer money out of my account?
No. Terrapin has no authority to withdraw or transfer money out of your account. Only money management fees are withdrawn pursuant to the account management agreement.
